Yes. PokiPaw is free forever with no credit card required. The free plan includes up to 2 pets, health records, vaccination tracking, daily journals, expense tracking, emergency tools, and family sharing for up to 2 members. Premium unlocks unlimited pets, advanced analytics, training programs, and more.
PokiPaw supports 18+ species including dogs, cats, rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, parrots, turtles, fish, ferrets, and more. Dogs and cats have the deepest feature set including 140+ breed-specific activity targets, nutrition goals, and training programs. Other species have full journal, health, and expense support.
The pet owner creates a family group and shares a simple join code. Other family members enter the code to join and instantly see all shared pet data. Everyone can log health records, journal entries, medications, and expenses. Changes sync in real time across all members' devices. The owner can manage members and permissions at any time.
Absolutely. All data is stored securely with end-to-end authentication. Your pet's data is only visible to you and family members you explicitly invite. We never sell your data to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings, or by contacting support.
Yes. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the free plan and your data is fully preserved.
PokiPaw requires an internet connection to sync data across devices. However, recently loaded data is cached locally so you can view your pet's records and journal entries even when offline. New entries made offline will sync automatically when your connection is restored.
